Testimonial from Denise Carson

“Optimism, Strategies, Ideas, Collaboration, Guidance, Expertise: There is no such phrase as “we can’t” when working with Orit. She is a never-ending source of reasons why “we can”. Orit worked with our non-profit campaign committee to develop a comprehensive 2010 strategy. Her past expertise in this area was invaluable in providing ideas, techniques and advice on how to change our approach in order to achieve success. We met our campaign goal and learned much more about how to plan a fundraising campaign.”

While passion fuels so much of the work we do, Orit brings a unique set of skills to help us structure and create steps towards fulfilling our vision in a sustainable manner .Beyond being an incredibly insightful listener, Orit adopts your organization as her own and becomes a team captain and cheerleader  daring you to develop it to new heights. Testimonial from Lori O’Keefe

“Having never worked with an executive coach before, I did not really know what to expect.  With Orit, my experience was beyond valuable.  She has a wonderful way of distilling my concerns and situations and giving me useful, constructive tools for dealing with them, be it issues with a co-worker, supervisee, or even my own leadership.  Her words still resonate with me on an almost daily basis as I interact with my staff, and my work with her gave me such confidence in my own skills and leadership style.  I’m forever grateful – if I could have her coaching me every day, I would!”

Testimonial from Anna Klein

“I contacted Orit when I wanted to make some changes in my life. I had a career but something was missing. I had a lot of ideas how to fill up that missing place. Orit helped me sort out my ideas, and decide which of them are only  dreams, and maybe worth keeping   as such, and which are worth pursuing. Orit became my positive reinforcement, my deadlines overseer, my organizing support (I thought I was organized by myself, but I learned that it is always helpful to have someone else involved in your life). Presently, I have well defined goals, but I plan to work with Orit in the near future on the dreams that we all have and sometimes never purse, because we don’t have time or person to talk to.”

The Five Remembrances (Buddha)

I am of the nature to grow old.
There is no way to escape growing old.

I am of the nature to have ill-health.
There is no way to escape having ill-health.

I am of the nature to die.
There is no way to escape death.

All that is dear to me and everyone I love
areof the nature to change.
There is no way to escape being separated from them.

I inherit the results of my actions in body, speech, and mind.
My actions are the ground on which I stand.

Over 2,500 years ago, the Buddha taught his monks to recite this contemplation
every morning so that the monks would be grounded in what is true and real.
Everything is impermanent. We have and own nothing but our actions.
Our actions are our true belongings. (Buddha)
